Participants interested to visit the exhibition are required to register online in order to obtain access to the exhibition area.

Participants interested in the ELF Convention 2018 are required to register online for all activities and social programme.
Social Programme Activities

Registration to the Convention activities is limited to the meeting room space available, please make sure that you register well in advance to guarantee your participation.
The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be available until 10 May 2018. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted.
All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer is responsible to pay the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of its bank, if any.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Convention Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (email@example.com) of any cancellations of paid Seminars, the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner or Tours.
Please note that cancellation requests per telephone will not be considered.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations request received:
before 30 April, 2018:
full refund of amount paid less 20 EUR handling fee
from 1 May, 2018:
no refund can be granted
If a change or cancellation made by a participant results in a refund, the convention secretariat reserves the right to charge a 20 EUR handling fee.

Please make sure you book your hotel well in advance as Porto is in high demand and the month of May considered high season.
